Could you prvode measurements of bottom arm pit to arm pit across the front, shoulder length across the shoulders on the back, and sleeve length from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff? So you know a 42 is a mens size as I am 6' 200 lb and wear 42 suit jackets. This is deffo a mens.
