Vintage Wrap Skirt

This is a vintage wrap skirt from the Peppermill in California. It is gently used, no obvious holes or stains. Very cute ditsy floral print of white, blue, and yellow flowers on a red background. No size tag is present, but the waist is 28" total or 14" flat. It could also be worn as an apron, without full coverage around but on much larger waist sizes.
