Vintage XS Magenta or Hot Pink Off Shoulder Rosettes on top have elastic and can be worn off shoulder or with one shoulder up or down. Big Bow in lower back part ( I am sure it could be detached) Can be a Formal, Prom Dress, Quinceanera , Sweet 16, Bridesmaid or Costume. Union Made in the USA . Possibly custom made. Appears clean and ready to wear!!! In great vintage condition, tulle underneath seems to have been cut in some parts to permit movement of skirt but can't be seen unless you turn dress over and doesn't take away from the beauty of this amazing dress.
