Vintage Y2K 2000’s Juniors sz L dress white w brown Polk dots 17B1

Juniors size Large dress Y2K Vintage Dress has a retro feel to it. It’s white with brown polka dots. There is a stuff brown netting under the dress to make it poof out. Not tons of poof but just enough. There is a satin brown ribbon at the waist. It zips up in the back. This is from my closet. I wore to a bridal shower back in early 2000’s It was worn once and never worn again. #17 Box 1
