Vintage Y2K 90’s Black Chiffon Layered Frill Dress Large

She is so sassy!! I love this vintage dress by “Clues” Paris, complete with the classic 00’s fabric rose appliqué. Black chiffon asymmetrical layers with a satin slip. Fantastic condition piece. Not marked with a size but it’s a large equivalent. Fits about a 39” bust and the dress goes straight down from there, the slip is essentially a shift dress. The inner slip has elastic just below the bust but age has made the elastic a little lax. 0070
