Vintage Y2K 90's Flower 🌼 Embroidery Rigid Denim Flare Jeans 28

This is a pair of vintage Y2K / 1990s No Boundaries light wash denim highwaisted flower embroidery flare jeans. Originally a junior size 9, but listing as a waist size 28. Waist measurement is about 14.5 inches wide, or a waist size 29, but listing as a waist size 28 due to the fact these jeans are 100% cotton and there is no stretch, so would fit a 28 waist better. Rise is about 10.5 inches. Really good structured pair of jeans!
