Vintage Y2K 90s Urban Girl Nites Bright Sky Blue Strapless Prom Dress with Sash

This is Y2K 90s prom night perfection! This dress was worn to one prom in the 90s and has been in storage ever since. It’s an incredible bright sky blue strapless satin a-line gown with a straight cuffed neckline and… matching sash! Nothing says 90s like a matching sash <3 could be worn across the shoulders or like a scarf. Reminds me of a look from 10 Thing I Hate About You! There is a tulle layer underneath to give more shape. The satin is lighter than it looks, so it’s not super heavy to wear. The only flaws I found are a few little discolorations— I only noticed upon close inspection while steaming. It also appears that the bottom was altered for length. Please request measurements if you’re unsure!
