Vintage Y2K / 90s black floral ribbon boho cotton midi skirt balletcore

Late 1990s early 2000s Pepe London vintage black cotton midi skirt with floral embroidery and ribbon embellishments. Based on a ballet “character skirt”. Pre loved but only wear is visible on inside tags. Still vibrant, colorful and with lots of life left. Waist is 30 inches / US modern size 8 or M. Details from pieces like this in Pepe Jeans’ archive were recently reincorporated in a limited edition release of new items, which included specifically “Rick rack tape, contrast binding, striped elastic, floral embroideries, bows, and prints, enrich and adorn each of the garments”. 29 inch waist 26 inches long
