Vintage Y2K American Eagle Low Rise Trouser Wide Leg Pant Size 2 *ALTERED HEM* Hard to tell whether these are black or navy blue, but I’m going with Navy Blue based on the blue polka dot lining. However, they really do look mostly black/dark grey, in my opinion. Hem has been altered to fit a more petite inseam, but new seam could easily be let out and the pants would be the original length, although keep in mind there will be a hole from the original hem (see photos).
