This is probably about as Y2K as you can get, and would look great with a miniskirt, or some low rise bootcut jeans, and would look good either layered with a lace cami or by itself if you’re daring. Very trashy and evocative of the time when layering was very much all the rage in the 2000s, and when your tops were extremely long and hit mid-thigh. This can also be worn as a mini dress.
