Vintage Y2K Betsey Johnson Strapless Sequin Peplum Top, Size 8

This amazing Betsey Johnson strapless top is in excellent condition and ready to head to a new home. It is slightly off-white and zips up the back. This piece is super fun and flirty and I would keep it if it still fit. The inside is fully lined and the peplum has a layer of sequined fabric as well as two layers of tulle.
