Vintage Y2K Black and Pink Strapless Drop Waist Dress, Lipstick Size XS-Small

Black strapless mini dress from 2001 with pink accents on the top and drop waist. There are no openings but the fabric is quite stretchy.  Brand - Lipstick Content - 92% Polyester 8% Spandex Size - Labeled Size Small but it measures more like a modern XS so please check measurements to ensure fit. It does have a lot of stretch though.  Chest - 13.5" pit to pit, stretches to 19" Waist - approximately 12.75" across, stretches to 18" Hips - approximately 17" across, stretches to 22" Length - 26" Condition - I found a small pick in the fabric on the front.
