Vintage Y2K Byerwear Ruched Side 1/2 Sleeve Fitted Stretch Boatneck Off Shoulder

I cut off an ugly belt buckle thing that was up near the left shoulder and the hole you see in the last picture can be sewn but was purposely left open for that. Worn only a couple times. No size tag, but is a size XS. As you can see in the photo of me wearing it, it’s easy to roll up the sleeves! Grease vibes! First photo just to show fit:)
