Vintage Y2K Cache Brown Pleated Halter Dress Made in USA

Really nice condition, no stains, no snags. The pads can easily be removed, they aren't sewn in. The needles only go through the liner, not the outer shell. The only flaw I found was the eye from the hook/eye closure is missing. There's boning on each side. Size 4 There's some stretch but I'd say at most a 26-27" waist could fit this.
