Vintage Y2K Candies Cinched Back Mermaid Flare Distressed Denim Skirt

In pre owned vintage condition. Washed with regular scented detergent. Juniors size 5. See measurements provided in the photos. Flared mermaid tail design with adorable cinching string. The cinching string is attached nicely but I suggest not pulling it too tight. Skirt has a mix of distressing by design and distressing from wear / use. See photos for idea of locations that might possibly be considered extra wear. Front button and zipper work nicely.
