This lovely vintage Y2K Céline by Champion (no relation to the brand Céline or the brand Champion) turtleneck dress features horizontal stripes, 3/4 sleeves, and a wide black belt (I’m not entirely sure I fastened it correctly in the photos!). Measures 17 1/2 inches underarm to underarm, 30 inches underarm to bottom hem, sleeves measure 17 inches. The size tag is a Large; it fits like a modern U.S. Women’s Small.
