This Vintage Y2K Delia's Black Skirt is perfect for wearing for date night, happy hour, travel or out with friends! Lightweight and flirty! It features embellished silver and gold sparkles on a somewhat sheer material, but is lined, also has side zip and hook and eye closure. The skirt and embellishment is in absolute great shape for being 20+ years old. A few are missing on the back. Please inspect the photos to see what I am referring to.
