Vintage Y2K Dress

Adorable vintage Y2K Delia’s dress in a gorgeous floral pattern. Pink piping at the waist and sweetheart neckline make this dress super unique. The back has a small tie and arm straps have adjustable lengths. These is a small white stain which comes with the vintage territory - but it is hardly noticeable among the pattern.
