Vintage Y2K Elle Sleeveless Lace Detail Dress

This cute dress brings to mind visions of elegant garden parties and summer evening cocktails. Featuring a sleeveless design and a graceful boat neckline, it's made with a soft and flexible blend of 96% polyester and 4% spandex. The fabric is lightweight but has a nice dense weave, giving it a smooth appearance and supple structure. The touch of stretch makes it even more comfortable and easy to wear! It has a versatile deep navy tone with a beautiful white floral pattern on top. The geometric flowers create a mini polka dot effect and almost read as a solid from a distance. They add a wonderful textural element to the dress that makes it feel more sophisticated. Darling ruffle panels at the shoulders add more movement and allure to the dress and make a sculptural little cap sleeve. Delicate lace appliqués decorate the waist. Their brilliant placement produces an illusion that actually helps to slim the waist and sculpt a more dramatic hourglass silhouette. The bodice is fully lined in a silky black fabric. It comes with an adorable faux patent leather belt, which is adjustable and has a gorgeous double-bow detail at the center. You can wear the dress without the belt for a more streamlined look, or with the belt to cinch your waist and create a retro, glamorous vibe. Note that the thin fabric belt loops at either side have become detached (last pic). However they can easily be repaired, and the belt will hold in place without them. Otherwise this is in excellent condition!
