Vintage Y2K Flawed GUESS monogram slouch bag buckle brown project purse

It’s in excellent condition EXCEPT for the handles. They are dry rotten and peeling like crazy. This could be a fun project peeling off all the weird parts, re-glue it, put mod lodge on it or tie some fun scarves. I had all these plans but I find it sad that it just sits there and nothing happens to it. I Love guess bags and I have a ton Of them especially vintage styles.
