Vintage Y2K Floral Handkerchief Hem Dress (5 Juniors)

Beautiful, lightweight, floral, spring, spaghetti strap, handkerchief hem dress from about 2001. Very good vintage condition. No visible stains or pulls. Would make a great graduation gown! Measurements are taken with dress laying flat. There is a bit of stretch to the fabric and lining: 30" bust, 26" waist, 32" hips 31" shoulder to bottom of straight slip lining, not including the transparent handkerchief points. Smoke free home.
