Vintage Y2K Floral Sleeveless Sheath Dress

Vintage Pellini Dresses brand black ditsy floral sleeveless sheath style dress with tie back from 1998-2000, I can’t remember which year I purchased this. Worn by me a few times back then and my daughter wore this a couple of times as well. Super cute over jeans, with a short, or long sleeve shirt underneath and a pair of chunky baby doll shoes or combat boots. Size juniors 13/14. I have the pit to pit and waist measurements in pics since it fits smaller.
