kellycassise @lajosette the waistband of this skirt is stretchy elastic. If left untouched it is 10.5 inches. It stretches to just about 17 inches.

kellycassise It is a standard size 6.-purchased from the Victoria’s Secret catalog in 1999. Pretty true to size, fit me at the time(I wore a 27 Jean then) in a drapey way that was very flattering. The Lacey bottom edge fell about mid-calf for me.

kellycassise @jimmyjuu this skirt has a stretchy elastic waist, but the fabric is about 16” wide beneath the stretchy band. It is 30 inches long
