Vintage Y2K Jones New York Mini Skirt

A cutie blue floral skirt from late 90s/ early 2000s. It is is perfect vintage condition. The waist is elastic. Size 8 would be fitted. I think a size 6 could wear this as well and it would flow a bit. This skirt is 22 inches long. The circumference of the skirt is 28 inches flat and stretches to 40 inches.
