Vintage Y2K pink ribbon lace trim spaghetti strap fitted bodice coquette mini/knee length dress with illustrated design on the pleated skirt by Ornella and Patricia Forgeal LM Lulu Paris. Polyester material with slight stretch. Zipper at side. Made in France. In good condition. Not sure what size it says on the tag, but fits like size 0/XS. About 15” pit to pit, 14” across waist, 38” length.
