Vintage Y2K Liberto Tiered Ruffled Mini Skirt with Crochet Waistband Size M

This is a vintage Liberto French Denim Product layered mini skirt. The crochet waistband is 3 1/2" wide, It has two ruffled layers and, five small buttons on the side for closure. Fully lined and no condition issues. Made of crinkled rayon. Hand wash recommended. Waist: 30" Length 20"
