Vintage Street Flower mini skirt in a size Medium! This piece is light blue with purple roses all over. The waist has a tie and drawstring. There are also small slits on each side of the skirt. This skirt has no fabric content tag, care tag or size tag. I have the same skirt in a different pattern with the tag.
