The most incredible vintage y2k mermaid flared midi skirt! Perfect for a Halloween costume or a mermaidcore outfit. The print has yellow, purple, and blue designs that look like the sea and bubbles, and the light blue slip underneath keeps the skirt from being sea(lol) through! Pair with pearls and seashell eccessories and you’re ready to rock with Ariel! Size S, could be worn as either high or low waisted.
