Vintage Y2K Midnight Hour Hot Topic skull dress

I bought this brand new from Hot Topic about ten or fifteen years ago, maybe more! It's a dress with an all over black & white skull print. This dress doesn't have a zipper. There is a sheer lace detail on the top of the straps. It's a junior's size XL. The chest measures about 18", the total length is about 37", and the waist is about 16". The skirt part of the dress is full and will fit a variety of hip sizes. Those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat.
