Vintage Y2K Monkey Wear Cream Dress

Made in USA. Fully lined. This was mine as a child in the early 00s/lates 90s. I’m thinking it was from the year 2000 if I recall correctly. Very much Y2K Olsen twins vibes. I did not end up wearing because it’s very long and we never had it hemmed. This will most likely need hemming because I was always on the taller side and it was still very long on me. It has a couple of minor untreated spots from storage (also wrinkled, needs to be dry cleaned), shown in up close photos.
