Vintage Y2K Multicolor Sweater with Lace Up Front and Bell Sleeves

This sweater is sooooo cute! The color is a mix of different color blue and green threads. The sleeves are super long with a bell fit. Tie up front. All material and size tags are missing. Feels like cotton, super soft, not itchy. The knit is pretty stretchy, but I would say it fits like a modern size medium. In great vintage condition!
