Vintage Y2K Penny loves Kenny Leather cut out boots

They are vintage Y2K, I purchased them many years ago because I couldn't resist them, but they are size 7, and I wear size 5.5. They have been in my closet since 2,000. They have some minor scuffs from the closet but in good condition.
