Vintage Y2K Restricted Ruffle Heels

I am offering here a Pair of *Vintage*~*Black Ruffle 4" Platform Heels* by Restricted, purchased from Hot Topic in the early 2000's. This item(s) has been worn one time and is being sold *As-Is*...box shows some wear and marks. Please check photos carefully, as they are part of the description and if you need more details please ask questions. These black heels feature a ruffled organza and velveteen ribbon trim with bow. I believe that the outer is a nylon of some sort, as it's too heavy to be sateen. They have a 1" platform with a 4" heel. They are a Women's size *10* and are made of all Man Made Materials...unsure of exactly what. The inner sole measures about 11"L from inside the tip of toe to back of heel.
