Vintage Y2K size Small spring green and silver sparkle sequin long tunic halter top! By one love. Sexy low cut deep v-neckline in front. Open back. Long neck ties. Super soft and stretchy material. Longer tunic length. Could be a dress for some? See measurements. Sparkly sequin under bust. Great for a night out!! I bought this in high school in early 2000 and wore it out in a beginning days of college lol was awesome for parties. The straps are a little undone but still work great (see photo). Otherwise wonderful. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡ Measurements: Pit to pit - 14 1/2 inches across. Easily stretches to 16 1/2 inches across. Fabric is stretchy and there is elastic in back for under bust. Length from shoulder to hem - approx. 31 inches but it is a tie halter so it will depend how you tie it.
