Vintage Y2K Serious LA Black Vinyl Lace Up Boot Cut Pants Sz 5 Lace up instead of button and zippered closure so very adjustable and lace up sides at bottom of pants to adjust leg openings. I have hemmed these pants to make them have a lower rise waist and skinnier legs as shown in last pictures. There is absolutely no pealing of the vinyl at all!
