Vintage Y2K “The Limited” Black and white pinstripe low rise pants

Vintage Y2k low rise pants from The Limited. Size 0. These are real Y2K low rise, so very low- they sit across the hips, not on top of them. Boot cut leg with 2” rolled hem, pants have a 31.5” inseam. Look FANTASTIC with heels! These are missing one of thr flat hooks for closures and the inner button, price has been adjusted (see photos for info). Fabric is 67% polyester, 29% viscose, and 4 % spandex- they have a teensy bit of stretch.
