Vintage Y2K V-Neck Tank Top White Floral with Sequins Tag Missing

This is from around 2000. The tag has ben cut out. It has stretch, but I can tell it's starting to go bad. Strings around the shoulders Pilling around the pit. Some light stains there too. One side shows a hole forming. Bottom rolls up. Across the bust it measure 20 inches 17.5 inches long I THINK this is a large that's just lost most of its stretch. This is NOT a new tank, it's well loved and used.
