Vintage Y2K WALTER blue and black checked high waist pencil skirt Size 2 US 26W

Vintage Y2K Walter blue and black big check pencil skirt w high waist w a 1950s classic pin-up look. Super flattering w a chic and sexy style. Easy styling for work w black. Excellent condition. No flaws. Only wore a few times cause I didnt really have the life style / career to wear it. I've had this skirt since purchased in early 2000s and found it never went out of style. (too small on me know. ) Material is a washed (faded) black and blue. See tag pic for material. It is lined and is excellent quality. Marked size 2 US but honestly I wore it as a size 4 no problem and as you can see from measurements it is closer to a typical size small than XS. However could fit for both w a different look / fit.
