This blazer by Wet Seal is vintage Y2K, made in the U.S.A. It is in great condition with the exception of a small mark on the left sleeve about 1/3 of the way from the shoulder. See last picture for detail. Pale yellow background with a fun floral print with black dots scattered among the flowers. 2 front packets. Hidden single button closure at waist. Green ribbon and bow accent at waist. Partial satin lining and shoulder pads. 97% cotton 3% spandex. Size small. Pit to pit: 17" Flat waist: 14.5" Length: 21" F
