Vintage Y2K fairy floral brown multilength blouse

It’s vintage from the late 90s or early 2000s/Y2K. It has a brown, beige, and blue abstract floral print all over. The sleeves and bottom opening is multilength, with the ends being longer than the middle or the other end. The sleeves have a small slit on the shorter ends. The top sits low on the shoulders and could be worn off the shoulder. The fabric is very soft. It’s in great condition and doesn’t have any rips, stains, or tears. Tagged as a medium. Made in the USA.
