Vintage Y2K slim sleek black dress with sequins

There’s a few flaws to this dress as you can see but barely noticeable in the grand scheme of things. One area needs sewn again but you can’t tell while wearing it. They aren’t actual sequins instead they’re sparkly dots but none seem to be missing. Large but fits loose medium. Not adjustable. Scrunchy strap around boobs to stay up
