Vintage Y2K whimsygoth maroon slip dress by tart., size M

Vintage Y2K whimsygoth maroon slip dress by tart. Size M. Black satin rosette on collar, with black lace trim under bust. Adjustable black bra-style straps. Fabric is polyester velvet.  Purchased from Hot Topic in 1999 and worn once! Only defect is that a half-inch of the lace trim is detached from the fabric.  Great for a party, concert or semiformal event.
