Vintage Yellow Flare Skirt

Beautiful vintage light pastel yellow flare skirt with elastic waistband and fabric that catches it's details in the sunlight. Perfect for a petticoat or to wear while dancing! A few markings near the top (pictured) but not very noticeable in my opinion. At rest the waist sits at 13 inches. Fully stretched it's about 18 inches. No tags on this piece so judging from the measurements I'd say it would fit a small or medium, maybe even large. Length is 24 inches.
