This is a vintage yellow rose on white glass flower costume jewelry brooch with an antique-gold metal framing.
This type of brooch was popular in the 1960's & 70's, marketed as 'craft' jewelry. A variety of different decal images were available, as well as your choice of framing to put together a brooch.
There's an option to wear as a necklace pendant with attached bail on the backside.
