Vintage Yellow Shift Dress w/ Lace Overlay & Yellow Bow Fascinator

This darling pastel yellow vintage shift dress with a lace overlay cardigan is such a gem. Lace overlay has button detail at the top and sleeves. Dress says size 18 but fits like a size 8. Zipper back with hook at top. Includes matching yellow bow mesh fascinator. I bought this at a local vintage store for a fundraiser but never wore it. I’m not sure of brand or what year. Dress has slight coloring due to age but still in great condition.
