Vintage Yellow Striped Cotton Maxi Skirt

Lightweight and A-line this skirt can look super cool on the right person! I imagine it high waisted and rocked with a crop top (like the yellow one in my closet!) and wedges. Waist has built in belt and there are big front pockets and another pocket in the back! Flat across waist is ~13.5” so I have no idea why the tag says 10.
