Vintage Yixing Teapot with Overhead Handle and Brown and Yellow Clay

This is a teapot made in the 1970's. It was a time when Yixing potters used their creativity and made new designs. This potter with the last name Zhan/Chan followed the Yixing tradition of styling teapots after natural objects. The design is very innovative and well done. The clay body is beige. The potter painted an overlay color of brown and inscribed lines and circles. There are two seals stamped under the top and one stamp on the bottom. Please see photo for description of accurate condition. Excellent quality and excellent condition the teapot has not been used. Approximate measurement 5.5 inches high and the width is 5 inches.
