Oh this romper!! So adorable and unique! Wide white collar, zip front closure with elastic back and adjustable belt in front. Two front pockets. Brand: Youth Park Yellow & White Great condition Fabric is nearly perfect with just a couple small dark flecks on corner of collar. Elastic is holding the current shape of the gathered back but is dry and should not be overstretched. Size 4 looks like 18-24 mos Measured Flat Chest 11" Waist 8.5" (stretches) Length 18" Smoke free home.
