Vintage aids awareness bracelet. Made in Italy. I thought it was solid silver, but I don't see a mark. So it may be silver plate. I bought it at The Body Shop in the late 90s. Good vintage condition, minor scratches. I polished it,but could probably be polished up more. I will leave that to buyer. Beautiful piece.
