Vintage a-line green polka dot day dress 1950s 1960s

This dress is DARLING with so many thoughtful details! I love the detachable tie for the waist, and the hook and eye to ensure a smooth closure at the natural waist. A row of fabric covered buttons in perfect condition and two snaps on each cuff. This dress is fully lined and a comfy below-the-knees flared shape. I’m pretty sure it’s customs made, as there are no tags. Small discoloration on INSIDE of button row, and one of the waist belt loops is coming off.
